Q. I still have not received my parcel, Is It Lost?
Losing parcels is not likely to happen, the possibility maybe 1/1000, because all parcels are Registered which means they are tracked and required the receivers to sign for it with their ID Cards. Time delay is 99% due to the trouble and slow processing caused by the Custom Clearance and Post Office in country of destination.
